Bipolar Advantage
The Bipolar Advantage is about recognizing all of the aspects of the bipolar condition, the good and the bad. It's about coming to an acceptance of yourself while striving to become a better person. It's about using Introspection to become aware of who you REALLY are and learning to change your habits in order to accentuate the positive aspects of the bipolar condition while minimizing the negative.

The chapter is called "Why Listen To Me" and is pretty short and self explanatory so there will not be any commentary along with the reading. The first two chapters are introductory chapters and after that the book is divided into two sections "Part 1, Knowing Who You Really Are" and "Part 2, A Successful Bipolar Lifestyle" I hope you enjoy.

Chapter 5 is called "Acceptance" and is a crucil step in being able to change yourself into a better person. This chapter covers "Acceptance is most important of all", "Introduction to your real self", "I love my self" and 'Do you love your self?"

Chapter 6 is called "Introspection" and is how we find out who we really are instead of who we pretend to be. This chapter covers "The only way to know who you really are", "Why Introspect", "How do I do it?", "Time to Brainstorm", "Software for the Soul", "My Interior Life", and 'How is your Interior Life?"
